Key Responsibilities:


Prioritizing Health and Safety by adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and procedures, while consistently acting in a safe manner.

Overseeing the planning, coordination, and reporting of strategic and operational initiatives from inception to execution, which includes managing project costs, resources, and scope; Leading cross-functional teams.

Collaborating with the company's senior management and executive leadership to define, initiate, and drive strategic and operational projects focused on cost efficiency, revenue growth, or process enhancement.

Supervising the formulation of growth strategies within designated market sectors. Must possess the ability to assess ongoing business for gaps, deficiencies, and opportunities for revenue enhancement. Analyze competitive trends, market dynamics, quoting trends against the market, and contractual evaluations, among others.

Accountable for Proforma development and competitive assessments, budgeting estimates, cost or value analysis, decision-making, asset and project planning, as well as project cost and schedule control processes.

Conducting regular client reviews for account development and activities with direct reports. Maintain daily awareness of field, sales, vendor, and plant activities and outcomes.
Facilitating communication and coordination between sales and operations, ensuring customer service and satisfaction.

As a senior member of the Line of Business management team, undertaking complex and sensitive assignments from the SVP Sales/Line of Business and/or the EVP, Business Line Management.

Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
10-15 years of relevant experience.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building capabilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to conduct productive meetings.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
Commitment to quality, accountability, and high work standards.
Proficient in computer usage and effective media utilization.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
