Schools - Behavior Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly qualified Behavioral Therapist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work closely with a school district to provide support to students with behavioral challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and classroom support to students with behavioral needs
- Develop and implement behavior support plans to help students achieve their goals
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure a comprehensive support system for students
- Conduct assessments and progress monitoring to evaluate the effectiveness of behavior support plans
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician
- Registered Behavior Technician Certificate
- Prior experience with behavior support is preferred
- School-based experience is preferred
- Must be highly qualified and meet one of the following requirements:
- Completed 60 college credits
- Have an Associate's Degree
- Passed the ParaPro test
