Senior Property Operations Manager

Atlantic Pacific Management is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Property Operations Manager to assist the Property Manager in the overall operation of two sister properties totaling 132 units in Washington, DC. The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $52,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures, and programs that ensure well-managed and well-maintained buildings. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Assisting with administrative and financial duties
  • Handling resident service requests and concerns
  • Managing rent collection and submitting notices as required
  • Conducting daily property walks and inspecting vacant apartments

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LIHTC and Affordable Housing operations, as well as experience in turnaround or renovated properties. They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
