Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Washington, DC. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of two sister properties.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in property management, LIHTC, and Affordable Housing operations. The estimated salary for this position is $25 per hour, based on industry standards and location.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs.
  • Preparing and submitting reports, including monthly summaries and regulatory documents.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase occupancy rates.
  • Collaborating with the Property Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.

You will also assist with training new staff members and participating in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
