Job Description

As a Senior Property Manager Leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Residential One LLC's property management services. You will be responsible for leading high-performing teams, developing innovative solutions, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive business growth through effective team leadership, strategic planning, and customer-centric service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, residents, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain the company's competitive edge.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' property management experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' tax credit/section 8/home experience.
  • Strong experience with Boston post management.
  • Strong supervisory skills.
  • Portfolio management overseeing multiple properties.
  • Community association certifications preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial statements and budgeting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
