We are seeking an Assistant Property Management Professional to join our team at Atlantic Pacific Management. The successful candidate will assist the Property Manager in the overall operation of two sister properties totaling 132 units in Washington, DC. The estimated salary for this role is $42,000 - $49,000 per year.

The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing leasing information and scheduling appointments for tours
  • Assisting with maintenance requests and resolving resident concerns
  • Managing the collection of rent and submitting notices as required
  • Conducting daily property walks and inspecting vacant apartments

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong understanding of LIHTC and Affordable Housing operations, as well as experience in turnaround or renovated properties. You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
