Part-Time Property Administration Specialist

As a Part-Time Property Manager with Property Management Company, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring seamless communication with residents, and driving business growth through effective marketing and leasing strategies.
Main Responsibilities- Manage property maintenance, repairs, and improvements, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract new residents and promote existing properties.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and resident feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including rent collections, expenses, and income statements.
- At least two years of experience in property management, preferably in a supervisory role.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field (e.g., real estate, business) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for frequent site visits.
$52,000 - $68,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
