We are seeking a highly skilled Townhome Community Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our property.

Responsibilities:
  • Presents the property and sample apartments to prospective residents, assists with paperwork, and sends notifications to accepted and declined applicants.
  • Coordinates move-ins and move-outs with residents, maintenance staff, and utility companies.
  • Investigates and resolves tenant complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensures all work orders and repair requests are processed promptly.
  • Supervises and trains property staff to maintain high standards.

This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in property management, a high school diploma, and a property management license in South Carolina. The estimated annual salary for this position is $50,000-$70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
