We are seeking a Townhome Community Manager to oversee our property operations. This is a part-time position requiring 30 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Presents the property and sample apartments to prospective residents, assists with paperwork, and sends notifications to accepted and declined applicants.
  • Coordinates move-ins and move-outs with residents, maintenance staff, and utility companies.
  • Investigates and resolves tenant complaints in a timely manner.
  • Ensures all work orders and repair requests are processed promptly.
  • Supervises and trains property staff to maintain high standards.
  • Enforces property rules and regulations, initiating lease termination proceedings when necessary.
  • Handles rent, security deposits, and miscellaneous income from residents on behalf of the property.
  • Bills residents for damages, late charges, NSF fees, and other miscellaneous charges due under the lease.
  • Verifies resident eligibility and income levels, referring cases that require additional review to the Regional Manager.

This role requires two years of experience in property management, a high school diploma, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a property management license in South Carolina.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $40,000-$60,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance and a retirement plan.
