Property Management Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including supervising front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to create and manage detailed budgets.
Compensation and BenefitsThis position offers a competitive salary of $60,000 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flexible PTO, 401(k), STD/LTD coverage, life insurance, and parental leave.
Requirements- At least 2+ years of experience in community property management
- Strong knowledge of HOA & Condominium regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to create and manage detailed budgets
