Community Property Manager Lead

CAMCO Property Management in Columbia, PA is seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Property Manager Lead to join our team in a hybrid role. This position offers the flexibility of both remote and on-site work. As a crucial member of our community, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth running of our properties.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience in community property management and possess strong knowledge of HOA & Condominium regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role. Ability to create and manage detailed budgets is also required.
Responsibilities- Maintain a professional and composed demeanor at all times while handling inquiries and correspondence.
- Effectively manage time to balance multiple projects successfully and demonstrate exceptional analytical skills in handling various situations that may arise.
- Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes and review Association financial reports to assist in developing Annual Budgets.
- Oversee property improvement and construction projects to ensure they are completed within budget and on time.
