Job Description

The Senior Community Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties, ensuring they meet company standards and goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with property management teams to identify goals and objectives and implementing strategies to achieve them
  • Developing and executing effective cost control and revenue maximization plans
  • Providing guidance and support to leasing and property managers on marketing initiatives and resident satisfaction
  • Ensuring timely completion of reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring incident reports and tracking required agency audits and responses
  • Conducting regular site visits to ensure compliance with company guidelines
  • Maintaining thorough product knowledge and staying up-to-date on market trends
  • Working closely with regional maintenance manager to ensure upkeep and maintenance of properties
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2+ years of property management experience
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business or Hospitality)
  • Previous supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Entrata software
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • A valid driver's license
Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
