Located in Brooklyn Park, MN, our 103-unit community provides Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the nursing staff to ensure quality and appropriate resident care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality and appropriateness of nursing care.
  • Maintain administrative authority and responsibility for proper charting and documentation.
  • Develop and implement the written staffing plan and nursing schedule.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Health Services to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and a valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
  • A minimum of two years' management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care.
  • Restorative or geriatric nursing experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, families, and employees.
