Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Director of Talent Management to lead our HR function and drive strategic people initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition, learning and development, policy development, organizational design, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, and employee development programs. This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business unit leaders to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support business objectives.
  • Lead the talent acquisition function, including recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Design and implement performance management processes to drive employee engagement and performance.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement organizational design and change management initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business results through HR initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
