Opportunity Overview

We are seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to convert warm leads into qualified appointments through strategic outreach and follow-ups.

This role offers a competitive salary of $67,000 per year, comprised of a base salary of $50K with bonus potential up to $67K+, providing opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster relationships with warm leads via daily phone calls, ensuring timely follow-ups and appointment scheduling.
  • Execute defined sales scripts to maximize conversion rates and meet performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data entry for all conversations, tracking progress and insights.
Requirements
  • A stable work history with no more than two jobs in the past five years, demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • No self-employment within the last six months, showcasing professional focus.
  • At least two years of experience in a phone-intensive role, consistently meeting performance targets and KPIs.
