Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources department and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll, benefits, workers compensation, and compensation, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of HR Generalists to ensure efficient and effective HR operations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
  • Manage benefit insurance open enrollment, 401K information sessions, and other employee communication sessions
  • Administer workers compensation claims and reporting, and work with other departments to ensure employee safety and welfare
  • Provide exceptional employee relations and counseling, and serve as a link between management and employees
  • Oversee the Employee Performance Evaluation process and Employee Training Records
  • Coordinate and manage human resources source documents, forms, and content
  • Oversight of employee physical and electronic files
Requirements:
  • Excellent written, analytic, and oral communication skills in English, bilingual a plus
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities; screening and interviewing of candidates for open positions
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence, ability to work collaboratively and build consensus across the organization
