Job Description

As a seasoned Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for leading the human resources department and providing strategic guidance to ensure the successful integration of all departments into a cohesive human capital management environment. Your expertise will be crucial in developing programs and processes that drive competency, clarity, and timeliness in achieving company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage human resources department personnel
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement HR strategies for the future
  • Manage benefit insurance open enrollment, 401K information sessions, and other employee communication sessions
  • Administer workers' compensation claims and reporting
  • Coordinate and manage human resources source documents, forms, and content
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and 4+ years in management within HR
  • Excellent written, analytic, and oral communication skills in English
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
  • Experience in successfully working in a multi-ethnic organization
  • ITAR compliance
