Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage human resources department personnel
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Develop and implement HR strategies for the future
- Manage benefit insurance open enrollment, 401K information sessions, and other employee communication sessions
- Administer workers' compensation claims and reporting
- Coordinate and manage human resources source documents, forms, and content
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources and 4+ years in management within HR
- Excellent written, analytic, and oral communication skills in English
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities
- Experience in successfully working in a multi-ethnic organization
- ITAR compliance
