Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our Supportive Services Team at the City of Atlanta Georgia. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service support to our clients under the guidance of our Supportive Services Portfolio Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a broad range of customer service support to clients under the Supportive Services Team.
  • Collaborate with the Supportive Services team to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work closely with the Portfolio Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
