We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Billing team at Total Quality Logistics. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing payments and billing customers, providing unparalleled service to our Sales Teams, and managing inbound accounting-related requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming paperwork for billing and accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Review and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing and payment.
  • Communicate effectively with sales teams and customers to resolve billing concerns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through issue resolution and billing support.
  • Work cross-functionally with other sales support departments to resolve billing and payment issues.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Accounting to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Availability to work 8am - 5pm.
  • Excellent communication skills with great attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
