Job Description: Account Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled Account Development Manager to join our team at Sportsdigita. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships with clients.

About the Job:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Represent our sales enablement platform, Digideck, to prospective clients and engage with existing customers.
  • Utilize pipeline generation techniques, such as social selling and sales campaign creation, to drive leads.
  • Capture, maintain, and forecast accurate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
  • Build rapport with new customers and move the sales process forward through discovery meetings, demos, email, events, campaigns, and internet marketing activities.
  • Manage the entire sales process from finding prospects to closing deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment; recurring revenue sales experience is a plus.
  • Experience in solution sales environments selling to titles such as VP Sales, VP Marketing, Chief Revenue Officer.
  • Experience selling to various verticals and territories.
  • Successful virtual selling skills with dynamic presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking and revenue targets.
  • Experience working with strong sales stacks, including High Velocity Sales, Zoom, Salesforce.com, and LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Experience using prospecting tools.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle.
  • Strong creative, problem-solving, and organizational selling skills.
  • A strong network is a plus.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
