Key Account Manager

The Bluebird Group is a strategic partner to innovative brands and multinational retailers. We are seeking a Key Account Manager to drive successful business partnerships with Target, leveraging forecasting, analytics, and effective communication.
This role involves building strong relationships with vendors' operations teams and Target's merchandise planning teams, ensuring seamless inventory management strategies and timely delivery.
As a Key Account Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with vendors to optimize their business and improve on-time delivery
- Analyze forecasts to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop and maintain accurate records of program agreements, pricing, product information, and vendor set-ups
- Provide regular sell-through analytics and insights to vendors to inform their business decisions
- Maintain open communication channels with vendors and Target stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with vendors and Target teams
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks
- Familiarity with Target's internal systems and processes
- Proficiency in MS Excel to analyze data and create reports
