Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide customer service and data entry support services for our claims coordination team. This is a 100% remote position, and we will provide the necessary equipment for you to perform your duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry of claims information into our claims management systems.
  • Follow up on missing information to process the claim.
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy.
  • Compile reports from systems with claims information.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma is required.
  • At least 6 months to 1 year of work experience.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
