Administrative Coordinator for Strategic Growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel schedules and arrangements, including collecting required documentation and scheduling with external parties
  • Provide AV and conference room support for multimedia and hybrid meetings
  • Process expenses, invoices, and create POs for Franchise Management theatrical spends
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external partners
  • Perform basic administrative tasks and provide IT support as needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends with short notice
