Job Description:
Senior Helpers is a non-medical in-home care service provider dedicated to delivering exceptional care to the elderly community. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Care Team / Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage daily office operations, ensuring a professional work environment and maintaining accurate client records. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating daily office activities, including managing client invoicing, tracking key performance indicators, and scheduling appointments.
  • Supporting recruitment efforts by identifying potential candidates, attending job fairs, and networking events.
  • Maintaining employee databases, processing time sheets, and coordinating caregiver schedules.
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving client issues.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
• Manage office administration, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with developing and implementing new policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
• Foster strong relationships with caregivers, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure high standards are met.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
  • Prior experience in management, recruiting, and HR-related activities in a healthcare setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A valid driver's license with insurance.

Salary:
