Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support two senior managers at our leading film industry company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and oversee expense reports.
  • Provide end-to-end travel support for directors and senior real estate managers.
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure seamless event execution.
  • Administer expense reports, track vendor payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Offer high-level support to two separate managers, ensuring seamless office operations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in the film industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience supporting film executives is highly valued.
