Trainee Retail Store Manager:

In the role of Trainee Retail Store Manager, you will embody the Lovisa spirit and guide your team through exemplary leadership. What We Are Looking For:
  • Experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar trainee role, with a proven ability to foster a team-oriented environment, mentor, and inspire your team towards success
  • Strong leadership qualities centered on team support and relationship-building

  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding performance targets
