Position Summary:
This role is pivotal in supporting programs and projects related to corporate change initiatives that influence the bank's operations, product offerings, or service execution. Key responsibilities encompass assisting department leaders with essential change initiatives and effectively communicating, influencing, and negotiating across various levels to secure necessary resources. Expectations include delivering materials for regulatory and executive review while ensuring alignment with program strategies, simplification efforts, and the introduction of new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define program controls, processes, procedures, reporting schedules, governance structures, and collaborative methods with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and designated project managers to outline the scope, deliverables, resource requirements, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new change initiatives.
  • Facilitate the execution of defined tasks by tracking program milestones, developing comprehensive program plans, and measuring progress against established key performance indicators.
  • Analyze and mitigate program risks while generating program reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Identify essential requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Coordinate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects, leading negotiations for effective decision-making.
  • Engage with stakeholders to provide transparency on project issues and decisions, fostering positive relationships, asking insightful questions, and utilizing tools to uncover root causes of challenges, identify opportunities, and make informed recommendations.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and collaborative team player skilled in leveraging data to narrate impactful stories about changes affecting customer and employee experiences. A passion for enhancing both client and employee experiences, coupled with a background in change management, is essential. The candidate should be an adept storyteller, capable of linking data to the transformation strategy of Client Protection. This role involves close collaboration with Client Protection Shared Services leadership, Client Protection leadership, and key partners across the enterprise.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of Project Management experience.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with managers, peers, and business partners regarding deliverables and timelines.

• Proven ability to manage multiple resources across various business units within the bank.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration.

• Project Management certification.

• Knowledge of industry fraud practices, particularly in data management or strategy development.
