Job Overview:

Project Summary:

The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders, software engineers, and security specialists to facilitate the transition of an Identity Governance Administration system. This role will involve engaging with various application owners to ensure a smooth migration to the updated platform, while receiving mentorship from a senior Program Manager.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Sailpoint Identity Governance Administration

Familiarity with Saviynt

Background in retail operations

Exceptional project management capabilities are expected.

• Proactive self-starter with a strong ability to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.

• Proven experience in engaging diverse stakeholder groups, including technical teams, product managers, business units, and external vendors.

• Demonstrated history of leading large-scale technical and security initiatives.

• Proficient in managing cross-generational teams and exhibiting emotional intelligence.


• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.


• Established track record in developing program-level schedules and meeting objectives within budget constraints.


• Ability to foresee and manage project risks and challenges transparently.


• Independent and solution-focused worker.


• Capable of managing diverse sets of business, technology, and vendor stakeholders autonomously.


• Proven analytical and organizational skills.


• Experience in both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.


• Demonstrated capability in motivating teams and delegating tasks effectively.

Core Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain program-level schedules, incorporating actual and forecasted timelines while managing any deviations.


• Ensure comprehensive documentation of all project requirements and objectives, actively pursuing their fulfillment.


• Provide leadership to workstream leads and stakeholders, utilizing conflict resolution skills to address project challenges.


• Oversee project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and escalate unresolved issues as necessary.


• Conduct weekly status updates alongside daily progress reports.


• Collaborate with peers to establish and drive project goals, define technical specifications, and create detailed implementation plans.


• Effectively leverage skills to influence project outcomes.


• Maintain a focus on anticipated benefits and desired outcomes.


• Coordinate complex planning activities and optimize resource utilization.


• Ensure integration of project outcomes with ongoing business operations.
