Position Overview:
A prominent employer is seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Engineer to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Conducting comprehensive safety and reliability assessments.
  • Responding to marketing and product development requirements, including RFQ evaluations.
  • Performing specialized and urgent testing as requested by key clients.
  • Reviewing and approving safety, performance, and reliability test results during product evaluations.
  • Executing regular safety tests on shipments and reporting findings.
  • Conducting mass production reliability assessments.
  • Managing product testing related to 4M changes.
  • Establishing and maintaining the Battery Quality Management System (BQMS) in real-time.
  • Setting test standards and managing revisions while analyzing measurement systems.
  • Leading certification initiatives and responding to post-assessment requirements.
  • Overseeing UN transportation testing and generating test reports.
  • Maintaining and managing evaluation instruments, including calibration and compliance checks.
  • Conducting job hazard analyses and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.
  • Managing the quality evaluation environment in alignment with 3R and 5S principles.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical, Material, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in developing and managing quality systems.
  • A proven track record in project management and quality management system implementations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
