Job Overview

The Quality Assurance Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

Reporting to the Senior Quality Manager, this position involves providing essential technical quality support to our production lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Execute regular tests and audits on both processes and products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

● Conduct OBA/ORT as necessary to maintain quality assurance.

● Gather and analyze quality data, producing reports that are suitable for client presentations.

● Assist in the training and supervision of In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) personnel.

● Contribute to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) certification initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

● A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in engineering or a related discipline.

● ASQ Quality Engineer certification is preferred.

● Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.

● Ability to collaborate effectively with quality personnel at all levels.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

● At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing quality engineering.

● Proven experience in generating quality reports using Excel and Minitab.

● Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and SAP systems.
