  • Safety and Reliability Assessments: Review and evaluate gate safety and reliability assessments.
  • Market Requirements: Address marketing and cell development needs; conduct RFQ assessments by analyzing test conditions, executing tests, and reporting results.
  • Customer Testing: Perform special and urgent tests as requested by major clients.
  • Test Results Review: Approve results from safety, performance, and reliability tests during gate evaluations.
  • Shipment Safety Testing: Conduct regular safety tests on shipments, including prerequisite tests on manufacturing instruments.
  • Mass Production Reliability: Execute reliability tests for mass production.
  • 4M Change Testing: Conduct tests related to product changes.
  • BQMS Management: Establish and maintain Battery Quality Management Systems in real-time.
  • Test Standards Development: Create and register test standards by item, including analysis of measurement systems.
  • Certification Initiatives: Plan and coordinate certification initiatives.
  • Post-Assessment Responses: Address post-assessment requirements for UL WTDP, TUV, and UN certifications.
  • Transportation Testing: Conduct UN transportation testing and generate test reports.
  • Instrument Management: Oversee the maintenance and management of evaluation instruments.
  • Calibration Planning: Plan and implement monthly calibration schedules.
  • Quality Environment Monitoring: Manage the quality evaluation building environment in accordance with 3R and 5S principles.
  • Job Hazard Analysis: Conduct analyses of near-miss incidents and compliance with safety data.
  • Safety Management: Ensure the safety and security of the quality evaluation facility.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
