- Communicate with Stakeholders: Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure that our quality management system is effective and that our products meet our quality standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in manufacturing or quality assurance required.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform quality improvement initiatives. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- ASQ Certification: ASQ Certified Inspector (CQI) or Technician (CQT) certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems: Knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001, preferred.
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis: Experience with root cause analysis, corrective action, and PDCA principles and methodology preferred.
