Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician Level 2 First Shift to join our team at Aerotek. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and replacements of plant equipment and systems to ensure maximum productivity and quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety, health, and fire regulations.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Maintain and repair all equipment, buildings, and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Troubleshooting and Diagnostic: Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with MHE systems, WCS, DMS, BHS, conveyor PM, and MHE systems.
  • Technical Skills: Possess proficiency in welding, mechanical fundamentals, diagnostic and repair, tool knowledge and usage, pneumatic systems, HVAC, VFD's, PLC's, and HMIs.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate an 'all hands on deck' mentality and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in welding, mechanical fundamentals, diagnostic and repair, tool knowledge and usage, pneumatic systems, HVAC, VFD's, PLC's, and HMIs.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
