Job Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Automation Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automation testing and be able to effectively collaborate within a dynamic environment. Key responsibilities include:
  • Collaborating with the Core Banking team to enhance QA processes and demonstrate both technical and functional expertise.
  • Developing and refining Automation Frameworks while automating test cases to ensure extensive coverage.
  • Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating testing and automation activities.
  • Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
  • Monitoring test metrics, including test coverage, defect densities, and open defect counts.
  • Conducting thorough manual testing when automation is not feasible.
  • Staying informed about new testing methodologies, tools, and strategies.
  • Implementing coding and testing practices for Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) and DevOps.
  • Working within Agile development frameworks.

Required Technical Skills
The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience with the following technologies:
  • Selenium WebDriver
  • Java
  • Cucumber / TestNG
  • Experience in Framework Development
  • API Testing with Rest Assured
  • Familiarity with CI Tools such as Jenkins, Bamboo, and Travis CI
  • Proficiency in Test Management Tools like JIRA
  • Knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle DB)
  • Understanding of Agile Methodologies
  • Experience with GIT Repository
  • Familiarity with Build Management Tools
  • Financial Domain Experience, particularly in Wealth Management and Core Banking (preferred)
