In the role of Administrative Coordinator for Events Leadership, you will provide tailored and effective assistance by proactively addressing support needs. This position requires collaboration with fellow administrators to efficiently manage the Director's professional schedule. A meticulous and detail-oriented mindset is essential, along with the capability to propose innovative solutions and approach tasks with enthusiasm and commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute tasks promptly and effectively.
  • Support the Director in various capacities as required.
  • Engage in meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Oversee the Director's calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Represent the ministry at various events and functions.
  • Act as a primary contact for matters related to the Director.
  • Facilitate guest hosting and interdepartmental support.
  • Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently.
  • Build rapport and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Exhibit exceptional time management and organizational skills.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
  • Competence in operating standard office equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with modern office tools and applications.
  • Basic skills in project coordination.
