• Develop documentation and artifacts to support sustainable knowledge management within the organization.


• Organize and lead meetings and workshops to define project goals, timelines, affected processes, and procedures, fostering collaboration among project team members.


• Utilize requirements to guide design, review test cases, manage process change requests, and oversee project scope, acceptance, installation, and deployment.


• Facilitate change management of requirements, assess schedule impacts, and maintain a project log of risks, issues, and decisions.


• Coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders to ensure documentation accurately reflects business needs, including acceptance criteria. Conduct regular process reviews to clarify and document deliverables.


• Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, architects, and QA professionals to break down requirements into manageable user stories.


• Verify user stories to ensure they meet acceptance criteria for efficient production releases.


• Conduct product demonstrations as necessary.


• Manage timelines throughout the project plan, including sprint cycles, to ensure project milestones are achieved and deliverables are completed within acceptable timeframes.


• Provide accurate and timely status reports on projects and initiatives.


• Offer guidance and leadership to team members within the business analyst/project manager group.


• Work independently to complete assignments, ensuring that processes do not hinder delivery.


• Assist with special projects and overall support as directed by leadership.

Qualifications


• Associate's degree in a relevant technical field.


• CCBA and PMP certifications.


• Proficient in SQL and HTML.


• Over 5 years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a technical environment, focusing on new product development.


• More than 5 years of experience in a scrum/agile setting; scrum certification is preferred. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt priorities effectively.


• At least 3 years of experience facilitating workshops for requirements gathering.


• Over 5 years of experience in creating documentation for both functional and non-functional business requirements.


• More than 5 years of experience in developing graphical representations of complex business processes and workflows.


• Over 5 years of experience in end-to-end project management of diverse projects.


• At least 3 years of experience in Agile projects and sprint delivery.


• More than 3 years of experience managing multifaceted resource teams.


• At least 3 years of experience in communications and change management documentation, procedures, and implementation.


• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in the technology sector.


• Experience in developing report specifications, defining purpose, justification, attributes, columns, owners, runtime parameters, and calculations.


• Experience in the Hospitality or Travel Industries is a plus.
