Position Overview: The Guest Services Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing administrative support and facilitating the daily functions of our Fitness and Tennis facility. This includes managing online schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring exceptional levels of satisfaction for both members and guests.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule: Part-time shifts available during evenings and weekends, specifically from 4 PM to 8 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide members and their guests to the appropriate areas of the facility, using their names whenever possible.
  • Handle inquiries via a multi-line phone system while addressing member and guest needs.
  • Maintain an updated online scheduling system for reservations and appointments.
  • Ensure accurate billing for guest fees, service charges, and class fees.
  • Communicate consistently with massage therapists and hairdressers to schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Facilitate the flow of information between shifts and across days.
  • Perform data entry and manage records using software such as Excel and Word, as well as Member Service applications.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a front office or hospitality setting is preferred.
  • Must possess a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Strong time management abilities are required.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with current computer and phone technologies is necessary.
