Position Overview: The Guest Services Coordinator plays a vital role in providing administrative support and facilitating the daily functions of our Fitness and Tennis facility. This includes managing online schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring exceptional levels of satisfaction for both members and guests.

Compensation: $14.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Work Schedule: Part-time shifts available during evenings and weekends, specifically from 4 PM to 8 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and guide members and their guests to the appropriate areas of the facility, using their names whenever possible.
  • Handle inquiries through a multi-line phone system, addressing member and guest questions effectively.
  • Maintain an up-to-date online scheduling system for reservations and appointments.
  • Ensure accurate billing for guest fees, service charges, and class fees.
  • Communicate consistently with massage therapists and hairdressers to schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Facilitate the transfer of information between shifts and daily operations.
  • Perform data entry and manage records using Excel, Word, and Member Service software.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a front office or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Possess a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities.
  • Adept at multitasking and managing various responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with current computer and phone technologies.
