At AccorHotel, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Culture Manager to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining effective strategies that ensure we attract, select, and develop the most vibrant, enthusiastic, and engaging hospitality professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a positive and inclusive work environment where colleagues feel valued and motivated.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for all colleagues.
  • Facilitate communication and engagement initiatives to promote a sense of community and teamwork.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance colleague skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Manage the benefits package, including salary, medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of US employment law and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $62,000 - $69,000 annually.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans.
