Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Evaporated Milk team at Upstate Niagara Cooperative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage customer complaints and issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide training and coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and use it to make improvements to our products and services.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • AAS degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, including 2 years of management/supervisory responsibility.
  • Intermediate or better skills in Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Desire to excel and work in a dynamic, supportive environment that values teamwork.
Working Conditions

The Customer Service Manager will work in a fast-paced office environment, with a majority of time spent sitting at a desk or in meetings. Travel requirements are less than 5% of the time.
