We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Evaporated Milk team at Upstate Niagara Cooperative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop a team of Customer Service Representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and support.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve sales targets.
- Manage customer complaints and issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide training and coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and use it to improve processes and procedures.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and requests.
- AAS degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of customer service experience, including 2 years of management/supervisory responsibility.
- Intermediate or better skills in Microsoft Office Applications and Adobe InDesign.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
This is a fast-paced office environment with a majority of work time spent sitting at a desk or in meetings. Travel is less than 5% of the time.
