Company Overview:
Eagle Mountain International Church, a ministry of Kenneth Copeland Ministries, is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Executive Pastor and assist with coordinating projects and initiatives supporting various departments.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a high school graduate with a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative office experience. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office suite, have strong organizational and analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Executive Pastor
Assist with coordinating projects and initiatives
Maintain the Executive Pastor's schedule and calendar
Attend meetings, compile minutes, and provide follow-up memos and documentation
Screen telephone calls, voicemails, and emails
Collaborate with other departments as needed
Conduct research, analyze information, and provide recommendations and alternatives for problem resolution
Format documents and notes in specific layouts for congregant download and use

Requirements:
High School Graduate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Minimum 3-5 years administrative office experience
Type at or above 50 wpm
Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

Estimated Salary:$48,400 - $58,400 per year
