Key Responsibilities:
  • School Operations: Coordinate daily attendance, student information systems, and vendor deliveries to maintain efficient school operations.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary contact for constituents, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Enrollment and Re-enrollment: Manage new student enrollment and re-enrollment processes to ensure accurate records and timely completion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1-3 years of teaching or administrative office experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $39,840 and $44,360, depending on qualifications and experience.
