About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Center Leaders to ensure the smooth operation of our centers. This will involve providing administrative support, managing schedules, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our Center Leaders
  • Manage staff schedules and coordinate training programs
  • Oversee center operations, including supply management and inventory control
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes

What We Offer:

As a Support Services Coordinator with us, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. You'll also enjoy a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or support role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Salary Estimate: $47,500 - $52,500 per year
