About the Role

Aire Serv is seeking an experienced Support Services Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide administrative support to the HVAC Installation Department, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administer all tasks related to the HVAC Installation Department
  2. Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotes for customer estimates
  3. Process and track purchase orders and invoices
  4. Acquire permits and inspections, and monitor job progression
  5. Contribute to invoicing, accounting processes, and collections
  6. Manage office, HVAC Installation job, and estimate schedules
  7. Offer assistance to HVAC field technicians
  8. Monitor repairs and completed work in Service Titan

Essential Skills:

  • 2+ years of administrative expertise
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Compensation Package:$62,000 - $72,000 per annum
