Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at SNI Companies. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executives and teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our executives and teams, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Office Operations: Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials, as well as maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.
Requirements and Skills
  • Education: High School degree; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant.
  • Skills: Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
