Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Loomis Consulting Inc. as a Data Entry Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, processing accounts payable invoices, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Input and manage accounts payable invoices and receipts in a timely and accurate manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, greet customers, and receive deliveries in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date files and records
- Provide administrative support to the Office Manager and other team members as needed
- Maintain vendor insurance and assist with audits as necessary
- Manage timesheets and in-office project time tracking
- Perform general administrative tasks and customer contact/follow-up as necessary
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable and data entry
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop Version)
- Minimum 2 years of administrative and/or customer service experience
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism
- Public Notary Certification (or ability to obtain)
