The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in the success of Everglades University by providing exceptional support to our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating meetings, monitoring progress of internal and campus-wide projects, and performing confidential secretarial duties relating to student or personnel documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Monitor progress of internal and campus-wide projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Perform confidential secretarial duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
- Provide administrative support to faculty and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with special projects and events, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
