The salary range for this full-time position is competitive, reflecting the role, level, and location, along with equity and benefits. This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring in-office attendance a few days a week.

Position Overview

In the role of Senior Growth Lead, you will oversee the creative strategy, production, and execution of digital marketing campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers for EarnIn. A crucial aspect of your responsibilities will involve conceptualizing and producing engaging performance advertisements at scale, grounded in strategic and data-informed insights, with success metrics focused on creative performance. You will be both a strategic thinker and an effective executor, working swiftly to develop strategic initiatives that motivate user engagement. Your expertise in concept development and production will be essential in optimizing assets for peak performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and produce performance marketing campaigns across various social and mobile platforms.
  • Establish the creative testing strategy and develop digital assets that meet key performance indicators (e.g., click-through rates, cost per acquisition) across social media, native ads, and experimental growth channels.
  • Work with stakeholders to create a quarterly growth creative roadmap, incorporating insights from previous campaigns.
  • Utilize data analytics to refine strategies, messaging, and the overall creative process.
  • Conduct research to identify new trends for upcoming campaigns, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to inform creative direction.
  • Assist in launching creative initiatives on new channels in collaboration with the Growth marketing team.
  • Ensure that the volume of creative assets meets the requirements for testing.
  • Collaborate closely with an editor to produce creative advertisements that reflect the EarnIn brand identity.
  • Manage project resources, vendor relationships, and budget allocations effectively.
  • Promote a positive culture and brand influence throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in film, motion graphics, and digital advertising; experience in financial technology is advantageous.
  • 4+ years of experience in leading the development of creative testing strategies and overseeing execution and measurement.
  • Proven ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively with growth and brand teams.
  • Strong influencing skills at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a hybrid team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite, Figma, and familiarity with motion and video editing is essential.
  • A portfolio showcasing your work is required for consideration.
