Position Overview:

The Lead Product Marketing Strategist will be instrumental in ensuring the market success of PipeIQ's offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to formulate and implement detailed go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and marketing initiatives that effectively engage our target demographics. A vital component of this role is your expertise in developing clear and persuasive messaging that addresses the specific needs and challenges of distinct audiences, ensuring our products are distinguished in a competitive marketplace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Positioning and Messaging: Develop impactful product positioning and messaging that resonates with targeted audiences, addressing their unique challenges and fostering demand for PipeIQ's solutions.
  • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Execute market research, gather customer insights, and analyze competitive landscapes to inform product strategy and marketing initiatives.
  • Sales Enablement: Create and deliver effective sales enablement materials, including product documentation, presentations, and training sessions, to equip the sales team with essential knowledge and tools for closing deals.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to produce high-quality marketing materials, such as blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and product videos, that highlight the value of PipeIQ's solutions and engage our target audience.
  • Customer Advocacy: Partner with Customer Success to identify and cultivate customer advocates, leveraging their stories to enhance product credibility and market visibility.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, events, and webinars, to generate leads and promote product adoption.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts, providing regular insights and recommendations for enhancement to leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within the SaaS, AI, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling products in competitive markets.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a proven capacity to create targeted messaging that resonates with specific audiences.
  • Strong comprehension of the enterprise software market and sales processes.
  • Experience in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms.
  • Adept at cross-functional collaboration and effective teamwork across the organization.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
